Companies and concerns with a large number of employees all face a problem of administrative and bureaucratic nature while processing documents which are utilized to determine and effectuate certain workers' rights. Thus, for example, requests for annual leave, paid leave and other material rights can be a large consumer of resources if they are not processed in a standard and uniform manner. Digitalization can sometimes help, but we often witness how poor application of digital technology can further complicate the course of these processes. In the HEP Group, the Information Communications Technology Sector has designed a tool by which all documents, forms and requirements are created and fullfilled in a standard and uniform manner and that covers all employees regardless of the nature of their workplace. The paper will further describe the problems and challenges that have actually led to a unique solution that solves various problems in a uniform way.
