Conference registration works like WEB SHOP.

You must choose all what you need (use "back to ticket list") and in second step (use "Continue with your application") you will need to enter dates for hotel accommodation and few other things.  

One person can register more participants.

CONFERENCE TICKET

The price is 3.750,00 HRK (497,71 €) + VAT.

TICKET (ALL DAYS) ALLOWS:

  • Access to all lectures and workshops
  • Lunches and dinners
  • Drink with all dinners and lunches at the self-service bar in the hotel restaurant
  • The possibility of using the swimming pool and wellness center at the hotel
  • Access to evening entertainment
  • Transportation by boat to Red Island and back (according to schedules)
  • conference materials
  • gift from the organizers

HrOUG members have the right to a 10% discount and it will be included on the invoice.

Price: kn 4,687.50

Accompanying person (Spouse)

The price is 1.800,00 HRK (238,90 €) kn + VAT

TICKET FOR ACCOMPANYING PERSON ALLOWS:

  • Lunches and dinners
  • Drink with all dinners and lunches on the self service bar in the hotel restaurant
  • The possibility of using the swimming pool and wellness center at the hotel
  • Access to evening entertainment
  • Transportation by boat to Red Island and back (according to schedule)

ACCOMPANYING PERSON IS  NOT A YOUR FREND FROM THE COMPANY., BUT spouses or girlfriend / boyfriend.

Free Membership Ticket

HrOUG members (Company must decide who will use it) has a right to one free All-access conference fee or two if their membership fee allows that. 

Lecturer

Lecturer on HrOUG conference have free Conference pass

CO-lecturers has no right for free Conference pass.

Sponsors

Sponsors have right to use certain number of free conference passes according their Sponsorship contract.

Press

All registred media people approved by organizer have free Conference pass.

Guest

Conference guests have free Conference pass.

Organizer

This is the way how organizers can register themselves to get acreditation id card.

Accommodation - Island hotel Istra (****)

Single room

The price for a single room is 745,00 HRK (approx. 98,88 €) + Tourist Tax approx. 8,00 HRK (approx. 1,06 €) per day and per person.  

Here you must choose how many rooms you need, and in the next step of the application, you must enter how many days you want to stay.

The invoice for accommodation will be sent to you by our official tourist agency: One travel

Price: kn 745.00

Double room

The price for a double room is 595,00 kn (78,97€) + Tourist Tax 8,00 HRK (1,06 €) per day and per person.  

There must be two persons for sharing a double room. If one person wants to use the double room alone must choose a single room (double room single-use).

You must choose how many rooms you need, and in the next step of the application, you must enter how many days you want to stay and the names of the people in the double room.
