Monika Švogor holds a master's degree in psychology, specializing in the fields of organizational psychology and human resources management. During her career, she worked in the human resources of several Croatian financial institutions. She is currently employed at Hrvatska poštanska banka d.d. where she works on the development and digitization of HR processes, organizational knowledge management, and organizational capacity development.
