Mirko Talajić mostly has been working in the financial industry (banking). He graduated from the Faculty of Mathematics in Zagreb, while at the Faculty of Economics he obtained a Master of Science degree in International Economics. He is currently completing his doctoral studies with a dissertation in the field of strategic decision making and game theory. During his working life, he held several different management positions. Among other, he led DWH department and business intelligence, as well as application development departments. He is currently employed by HPB d.d. with a dual role in the form of Director of Analytical Systems Support and Chief Data Architect (Officer). His primary passion is leadership and data, and currently biggest focus is on improving the data processes and data culture at HPB. Mirko is also a lecturer at the University College Algebra in subjects in the field of data science and game theory.
